Yoga was originally intended as a lineage that would be passed down directly from master teachers to each student individually in a tailor-made, one-on-one practice based on the practitioners individual health, body type and lifestyle. Private sessions are a powerful way to connect with yourself and focus on your specific needs and expectations. Whether you want to practice from the convenience of your own home, or at my home studio in N16, I will accommodate your personal preferences and support you in the best possible way.

Booking.

I offer a free 15-minute phone call or personal consultation for new clients, where we can discuss your needs and hopes in advance of the first session. To schedule your free consultation email me via oceana.mariani@gmail.com.

Private sessions can be booked for 60, 75 or 90 minutes. I charge £80 per hour or, offer a block booking of 5 hours for £350. An additional charge is applicable for each additional person joining the session.

Please note my 48h cancellation policy for all private yoga lessons. Full refunds apply for cancellations received up to 48 hours, full payment is required thereafter.
