CANCELLATION POLICY  

• Classes: Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation window that applies before booking a group, corporate or private session.

  • Pre-booked group classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class start time. No refunds will be available when cancelling with less than 2 hours notice.

  • For corporate or private class bookings a full refund is available for cancellations received up to 48 hours prior. Full payment is required thereafter.

  • In the event of a class being cancelled by me, participants will receive either a full refund or the option of being transferred to another class of equal value.

• Events: Unless otherwise stated in the event description, refunds will only be offered when cancelling more than 2 weeks before the beginning of an event.

  • Ticket-holders can choose between a partial refund (70% of the ticket cost) or full credit towards a future event of equal value. Requests need to be received in writing via email (oceana.mariani@gmail.com) at least two weeks ahead of the event.

  • If less than two weeks’ cancellation notice is given, participants can choose to receive credit towards a future event.

  • Bookings can also be passed on to friends at no additional cost. I must be notified via email (oceana.mariani@gmail.com) if a friend will attend in your place.

  • For sold out events, I may be able to offer a partial refund (70% of the ticket cost) if the space can be filled by someone on the wait list.

  • In the event of a course or workshop being cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value.

• Retreats: The deposit to place a reservation is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the retreat begins.

  • All remaining payments (whether they are made in full or paid in instalments) are also non-refundable.

  • If full payment for a booking has not been received by the due date I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain any payments received beforehand.

  • Should a participant need to cancel their reservation, but finds someone else to take their place, they will be due a refund of any payments they have made up to that point (less the deposit fee) once I have received payment by the new participant in full.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case I will refund all payments made to me in full (including the deposit). I cannot accept responsibility for any third party costs incurred in this instance.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging an appropriate travel insurance for an activity holiday which will reimburse any third party costs incurred in the event of a retreat booking being cancelled (whether by me, the venue or the participant) due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Provided the retreat is able to take place, no refunds of any kind will be made after final payment has been received (8 weeks before the retreat begins). Participants are responsible for arranging a travel insurance that will cover their costs in the event of them being taken ill or having a change in circumstances.
